**one. RETURN CONDITIONS
1.1. Refund requests must be made within 30 from the date the products were received.
1.2. Return requests are accepted provided that the product is unused, unpackaged and in a salable condition.
2. RETURN PROCEDURE
2.1. Refund requests must be made by contacting the company. The company will provide the customer with the necessary instructions and initiate the refund process.
2.2. The customer must fill out the return request form completely and send the product back in its original packaging along with the invoice.
3. REASONS FOR RETURN
3.1. If the product is defective or damaged, the customer can request a refund.
3.2. The customer has the right to change or return the order, but these requests must be made within the specified period.
4. RETURN AND RETURN FEE
4.1. When return requests are approved, the refund process will be initiated to the customer. The refund process will be completed within 5 business days depending on the payment method.
4.2. The return fee may include the item price and the original shipping cost. However, the return fee may vary depending on the conditions determined by our business.
5. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
5.1. For hygiene reasons, non-refundable products, used products and products produced for special orders cannot be returned.
